I love that my dog gets so much free play time when he goes to Dogtopia. I also love that they provide webcams so you can watch them but in my experience they rarely work. But from what I saw I know he is having a blast and I’ve seen him follow the staff around so I know he is being taken care off. Unless you have a package it is quite expensive which is a drawback for me as I am a student but overall Dogtopia is a great daycare experience for your dog.

I like the hours a lot, especially since some days I work super early and get off late!

I wish the cameras were working! They worked last year but haven’t been running as of recent visits.

Very friendly staff that seems to care about our pets

I like the overall services and staff that works at the Midtown location. They have always treated our puppy with love, respect, and necessary attention that we feels like he needs. He is always tired and happy when we pick him up. The prices are fair for daycare, boarding, and grooming packages.

The people and the structure! I love that the people at the front recognize us when we walk in the door and remember my silly dog and all her quirks. She definitely has her favorite friends and is so excited to go back with them when I drop her off — it gives me such peace of mind that she’s having a great day when I leave. And I love that there’s a protocol for everything, there’s structure, there’s nap time, and that all the dogs have a close eye on them at all times (vs other places I visited where they’re essentially in kennels all day).
