As a first time customer, my dog Mocha has enjoyed doggie daycare so far — the webcam is awesome to keep my anxiety down and happiness up as I can see my dog interacting with others. It’s great to see that there’s always a person present in the room, and that they interact with the pets. The Toybox (for small dogs) looks very clean and has a well thought out space.

I wish there was an outdoor space for the small dogs to go outside daily instead of being in a room all day without windows to the outside. My dog enjoys fresh air and different smells. And I I would pay extra for daily outdoor walks.

Staff is great. Location and general facilities is fine. However, the place needs substantive ventilation. The smell is getting to be very powerful. Those fumes cannot be good for the staff and dogs there all day, even if they no longer notice it after a while. Because owners of dogs cannot see the facilities up close, only via cameras, there is no way to know for sure; it would be great for us to be able to have access to that area, even if it’s only occasionally.

My dog frequently comes back dirty. Usually it’s pee on their chest.

Brody loves it at Dogtopia West Midtown. He always has such a “ball” with his friends. The staff is always so nice and attentive. Highly Recommend!

I can count on Dogtopia to let me know if there is any incidents with my dog. As a top Dog member I love the flexibility to board him at a moments notice and the employees love my dog like he’s their own! I never worry when I send him to Dogotpia for the day!

The staff is very nice. I feel my doggo is getting good socialization time. I wish he didnt come home smelling like pee.

Hard to do…..but just keeping a close eye on the dogs is great. Cleaning up and being attentive is awesome.
