I’m generally very happy but we have had several weeks of incidents with Birdee’s collar…she has come home with missing pieces to her collar and her ID tag was even missing one day and no one has really followed up with me on it when I have asked. I was under the impression that their collars were taken off and replaced with different collars while they were at daycare and I was told one of the times when I asked if that was the case and I was told yes…but every time we pick her up her collar is completely destroyed. Outside of this I feel like she has fun and I’m generally happy…just wanted to share.

The Dogtopia West Midtown team is always so welcoming when I stop by with my dog, Buck! He is always so excited to see them and to play for the day. Having a safe space for Buck was very important for me when moving to Atlanta and I found it at Dogtopia West Midtown! Any questions or concerns I have are always addressed in a timely manner.
Cameras are down a lot, would be fun to see dogs more often
Very clean and staff was really friendly. I love that I can watch my dog on the webcam. That really calms my anxiety
Convenient service times
Our dog had a scratch on his noise when we picked him up after boarding and no one ever mentioned anything until I reached out.
