Our dogs had a great bath and smelled very clean!!
The only issue I have is because I have two dogs, the price is a little steep. I wish there was a multi dog discount like your competitors. And the cameras always seem to be off. Other than that I’m happy.
First time coming here and overall satisfied with the experience. However, after being at many other daycares, I didn’t find the front desk staff very friendly or helpful. I didn’t feel a warm welcoming vibe and the staff didn’t know answers to questions (example, do the dogs get fed here); they didn’t offer any information and kind of stared blankly at me when I would ask a question. I almost felt hesitant to leave my dogs but it ended up feeling better because I had access to the webcam and could see them.
Rocko always has a great time playing with his friends. Staff always courteous.
Miso loved his time. Love the space and the staff.
