Super friendly and patient with my three pugs
Everyone was friendly and we felt like any concerns we had the staff listened to us and showed every effort to work with us.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dogtopia. Everyone is very friendly and I can tell they’re all “dog lovers”! My Mildred is pretty much of a loner and I’ve watched her being encouraged to play with other dogs on the webcam. Carrie Ann is the best!

I have 2 items that I struggle with……..
Outdoor play area is way too small. Dogs like to get outside and run and play
I also don’t like the dogs being locked up from 12 noon – 2 pm everyday. My dog only goes for half days, which often times means she spends 2 hours of it in a crate.
Very accommodating and friendly.
You employees are great with the dogs. They show great patience with a sometimes-unruly canine.
I couldn’t ask for a better fit from Ruby.

We do miss the half day pricing though and would be able to come more if that was available again.
