The facility was very clean and seemed very safe for the dogs. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. It’s great that they have an outdoor space and that there are cameras available.
The customer service from the team is out of this world! I have never been made feel so comfortable and I cannot rave enough about how every single team member is sweet, kind, comforting and just so welcoming. Definitely felt the love for me and my puppy! I feel so comfortable leaving him here and love watching how much fun he has on the camera. Your cameras quality is amazing, I love that you can see the pups even when they are in a kennel. Your team members pet and are so kind to the pups. Your prices are really great for everything you all offer! It’s affordable and I know my pup is in good hands which is what is most important. My pup is a little crazy in energy and there was no problem with that and I really appreciate that. I love the themed days you do and how y’all seem to give back to charity quite a bit and celebrate our veterans! Pick up and drop off is seamless. My questions are always answered and any concerns are addressed immediately. This is an amazing location and your company should be very proud of every single person you employ here.
The staff is friendly and love dogs. I like the facility because it’s smaller and with fewer dogs and people, my dogs won’t get overwhelmed. I like the web cam as well.
