The staff is amazing and Selena loves to be there. It’s comforting knowing she’s in a safe place.

Very attentive to the dogs and parents. I love how clean the facility is and all of the fun events offered for the dog’s visit. Great and friendly staff! Had our dog get a bath and he looked and smelled amazing.

My dog, a pug named Pepper, has just had a meet and greet session at Dogtopia and I plan to use the service again soon. I felt Pepper needed some opportunities to socialize with other dogs, since I live alone. He did well at Dogtopia, was there for 4 hours and seemed happy (and tired) when I picked him up. The staff there was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated their input and ease they had with the dogs. I look forward to using their services again soon.

Dogtopia is clean, fun and far the best of any doggy daycare.

When I need to have my dogs cared for, I wonder how they’ll actually do at that facility over their stay. Here at Dogtopia, I can look at their webcams most any time during the day, any day and see my pups are alright whether they’re playing with the other pups or watching from the sidelines. Then I’m assured about their wellbeing. The caregivers I’ve seen all seem to be patient, attentive and conscientious with the dogs, which sets my mind at ease as well.

The office personnel give very good service at reception and checkout, as well as on the phone when I call in with questions. And I received regular communications during the stay.

My dog really likes his grooming appointments and has a perky step when I pick him up. That tells me he’s been treated well. And the groomer was knowledgeable and collaborative with me when we needed to change product used or if my dog had a certain condition at the time.

My thanks to the Manager who oversees what seems like the well coordinated functioning of this Dogtopia facility. She participates in the dogs’ care and also the interaction with the owners. She exhibits kindness and fairness in addition to her knowledge. Thanks very much!

I need to be more specific in my expectations. This was not the groomers fault, but mine.
Clearly this groomer at the 92nd Ave location has little experience with Welsh Terriers so I need to do better explaining how this cut should look.
