When I was out of town for 5 days, I got a call from someone at Dogtopia about 2 days in on my vacation. The person described to me as to what sounded as an emergency situation. She stated my fig was trembling with anxiety and wouldn’t go into his crate. I know my dog has a level of anxiety, as most dogs do. But I found this to be unusual for him, the point to where he had to be picked up ?? Luckily, I had someone available to pick him up, otherwise I could not have gotten him. I’ve never had any boarding facility over 9 yrs tell me that he had to be picked up. I will be bringing him back to my other boarding facility because this happened.
Warm and welcoming staff. The staff shows love and concern for my pet. They know my pet instantly when he comes in. They always tell me about his day.
