The staff is great and they and the services offered make everything super easy for great pet care.

Love Dogtopia.
But this time it smelled like urine a lot.
Just some feedback. It was noticeable as soon as I walked in the door.

I love the activities and the ability to see the cameras. The staff is always super friendly and I feel like my pup is in great hands.

My dog loves the trainers and always seems tired when coming home which is great as I don’t always have the time to exercise him as often as I should. I like having access to the cameras to check on him.

Hours are great for me with my work schedule.

My GSD loves coming there. As soon as we tell him he is going to see his friends he goes crazy. Staff members greet him with a warm welcome. Rachael is fantastic, she tends to take an extra step in her greeting. Always so cheerful and loving towards him.

The best thing about Dogtopia is the people who work there. They aren’t just people with jobs – they are Dog People who love their jobs. They know all the dogs by name, even my once-a-week furbaby. They are so happy to see her and always come around to get hugs and wags. Rachel and Imani are especially wonderful. I am so glad I found this place.

Everyone there loves my dog and my dog loves them! It’s obvious when I drop her off! They do adorable photo shoots and have a lot of special activities at daycare. The smell was an issue, not we haven’t been there in a while and the smell seemed much better this time.

The staff so obviously cares for my dog and it makes me and my dog very happy every time we walk through the front doors!

Only thing I would like to ask is to improve the webcam function. It really does not work from the app most of the time. Everything else is perfect and I can see that my dog loves spending time there.
