I felt safe with my dog there

I love how compassionate and thoughtful and fun the staff is! They truly love our dogs. You can tell by how creative they are with decorating the front waiting room with pictures of our beloved pets. I was so sad to walk in this morning and see that all of the photographs and fun signs were taken down. It was such a welcoming and caring atmosphere and now it just has blank walls. I appreciate the manager and staff members’ creativity, and I wish that the decorations will come back.

I like the special days, activities, pics of dogs and welcoming atmosphere.

Always helpful and accommodating.

I was disappointed to not have access to the WebCam while my dog was there for his first full day. I understand it was a technical glitch, but I would have liked to have had it resolved at drop off. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, and my dog seemed to have a great day.

I love the way they treat my dog. He loves to go there and that means a lot

I love Dogtopia and so does my dog Brisket. Once we pull up he can’t wait to go see his friends inside both human and doggy. I always feel at ease when he’s there that he’s being treated well. Everyone is always very nice to us.

Great staff, like all the special events, hours are very accommodating.

My dogs are always beyond excited to come and play and the staff is super friendly!
