The ease of scheduling and the incredibly dedicated and friendly staff that greet our puppy everyone.

The socialization of the dogs, the schedule they keep and access to the video cameras to observe them in the play areas. Helen and Amanda were very nice and knowledgeable too.

Your staff is trained to handle dogs properly. We had our dogs at another daycare before this and the staff wasn’t trained properly and didn’t try to de-escalate things when dogs started to play rough. We know that our dogs are treated well and love the quiet time that the dogs get.

I do not like the lack of flexibility in your billing process and I was not dealt with honestly with a staff member. With that said, our dog loves attending and we plan to continue.

Feedback or a “report card” letting owners know how the day went would be helpful & appreciated. I’m sure it might be hard ir time consuming to do that but I know I would’ve loved to have known how our dogs first day back after at least a year being there went. But otherwise the staff is super nice. The place seems very clean. I love the option to purchase personal pet time & lunches.

Everyone that works there is so nice. Coco loves visiting there. Always happy

I’ve used you before but coming back I would say the process seems head and shoulders above the old way

Don’t like the weekly charge, and the 2 weeks notice to stop it for the week. The package deal was much better for someone like me who possibly needs 2 days for one week and none the week after. So I pay for 2 visits for the one week and still get charged for the week I don’t need. Unfortunately, me and my pup need to have some social time with other pups and humans, so it kinda leaves me with no other options to go once a week.

My dog becomes socialized with other dogs and comes home TIRED! That lasts into the next day, so I am thrilled he loves it so much and he’s getting all the exercise you provide!
