Care and affection showed to dogs
There is a person at all times with them at the gym!
The billing system is a mess. I love the staff, love that my dog loves it there, love the care my dog receives. DO NOT like the billing system and how it is set up. The old way was much more client friendly. I have often thought about reducing my time there due to the billing system but my dog looks forward to our Dogtopia days. I do not like the inflexible situations. For example, if i am a 2x a week visitor and on the last visit for the week, my dog is ill, they will not rollover the paid for time. I need to bring the dog in ill or lose the $$. Not a great systems.
It would be awesome to get updates on my dogs time there, like whether she’s made friends, maybe pics sent of her time there or little update cards after her stays
It’s all about the cost.

I have been with Dogtopia for years, especially with my first dog. I luv the monthly happenings and how you have brought in different types of foods or bowls there. The hours are great for coming in.
What could be better (not sure of my qualifications on saying these):
1. Your clients are your best advertisements. “Shag for the pups” ; “My dog is a Dogtopia VIPup” type of swag for hoomans.
2. Okay this maybe a bit crazy but slots for pup and hooman exercise – treadmill, obstacle course….” Of course you would charge a fee for responsible dog owners…. Crazy yes.
3. Take home meals! Your bowls.
I like that my dog LOVES to come here and I love it that he comes home happy and tired. He loves the doggie friends he’s made and the coach in the room with him. I see how happy he is to see them.
CORP PEOPLE: What I need is for you to return to having discounted rates for buying 15 days at a time AND give me at least 2 months to use them. I would send my dog more often if you did that again. You boosted your rates 10% and eliminated the bulk buy. While everything is going up, remember that people need to make choices for how their money is spent. You’d get more when you give us the opportunity to buy in bulk. Right now you’re just giving us the impression that you raised rates and cut the discount bulk rate so you could make more money. Will you? When I can’t send him as often as I’d like? And I can’t commit to a year of 1x per week. That’s $1,976. That’s a lot of money. Think about it and do your comparison to see how much you’ve lost with your pricing.
Our dog Ollie smells like pee when we come to pick him up after spending a day at your facility. We bathe him at home after daycare. Maybe inspect cleaning protocols.
