I enjoy the fact that the facility is clean and I have access to view the webcams to check on my pup throughout the day. The staff is very kind.

More supervision of fighting and humping. Also, clean messes quicker so dog isn’t as smelly when he comes home
Cleanliness! The lobby is often very dirty, floor is filthy, dog hair everywhere, dust, and our dog smells pretty badly when he comes home. We have been to another similar facility and the cleanliness does not even compare.

The smell in your facilities. We could a very pungent odor as soon as we get inside the door.
Nikki and her team really care about the dogs and know each and every one of their personalities! George LIVES for waffle Wednesday and is now tolerating photos, which is huge!
