The dogs seem happy coming and going

The staff very helpful

Customer service. Ease of scheduling and paying for service.

My dog is not confined to a kennel in my absence. He is safe and I can visually check in on him.
He gets exercise. I can count on your services when I cannot tend to him as much as I want or am able. The facility is kept tidy.

Our GSD loves going to Dogtopia. He is given good care by the handlers and enjoys spending the day with the other dogs.

I know she is safe and happy.

The staff is friendly, super reliable and knowledgeable. My medium sized dog requires more exercise and company than I could provide and Dogtopia was just the ticket. And the beautiful, fun lobby [80’s music, silly activities and warm fuzzy photos all over the walls] always brought a smile to me early in the morning and at the end of a long work day.

We love dogtopia for our girls. We were disappointed to hear that corporate came through and insisted that all the nice decorations and pictures be taken down. What a shame! It’s so sterile now, cookie-cutter, without the personality of the team showing through. We dont’ go to any Dogtopia, we go to our neighborhood Dogtopia, and feeling like a community rather than a number is so vital. Seeing the pics of the dogs especially; it was such a comfort knowing how much the team *cared* about all the dogs.

Let’s keep those decorations please!

I like that the hours are convenient. There is flexibility in scheduling. The staff are friendly and relaxed. It is nice to be able to view my pet on the camera.

I know that the dogs will be stinky when they come home but man it’s been 2 days and they still smell. It’s tough for us to bathe them so not sure if they were or could be sprayed with a little fur refresher/deodorizer before they leave
