The ease of scheduling and the incredibly dedicated and friendly staff that greet our puppy everyone.
The socialization of the dogs, the schedule they keep and access to the video cameras to observe them in the play areas. Helen and Amanda were very nice and knowledgeable too.
Your staff is trained to handle dogs properly. We had our dogs at another daycare before this and the staff wasn’t trained properly and didn’t try to de-escalate things when dogs started to play rough. We know that our dogs are treated well and love the quiet time that the dogs get.
I do not like the lack of flexibility in your billing process and I was not dealt with honestly with a staff member. With that said, our dog loves attending and we plan to continue.
