The staff and all that is offered to our pets!

Not enough was explained to me about how billing works nor activities provided to my dog while at Dogtopia.

The odor at the building needs improvement. My dog requires a bath when returning from Dogtopia.

Additionally, an increase of activities for dogs beyond the weekly specialty events would be nice to see. Other daycares have daily activities such as bubbles, tunnels, etc. In the toy box room, there doesn’t seem to be much going on beyond dogs chasing each other and observing each other.

The accessibility is wonderful, I wish that you opened at 6:30 (Fred location opens at 6) but overall the socialization and care that has been given has been wonderful.

I love the way they know each dog’s name and who they belong to. I LOVE the webcam feature and only wish it had audio. I’d love to see when they go down for naptime, but I do love being able to see them while we are away.

I wish they still did the report cards so we can see what they did and who they played with. I have only gotten one lately. Other than that, I love knowing they are safe and having fun.

I love using their services. They are friendly, kind, and know what my dog needs. There are countless employees that go above and beyond everyday. I have never had a negative interaction in the years we have used these services. My dog is very reactive and they have given her a safe place to be herself and are intune to her needs. They are patient and go the extra mile EVERYTIME!

The staff is the best part! They seem to really like and care for my dog like she is their own. I appreciate that especially when using the overnight boarding and daycare services.

The staff is wonderful! They truly love your dog as their own. The staff is so sweet to them too. The facility is nice and clean. They wash your dogs linens that you bring for them before they are picked up from boarding and the water bowls are changed every hour. They put on fun events for the dogs. They play fun games with the dogs too. The staff tells you everything you need to know about the meet and greet so that you know what will happen before it happens. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your dog have a great experience with them! My dog Luna cannot wait to go back and play with her friends!
