Everyone at Dogtopia in Woodbridge, VA has been great. I appreciate the extra mile everyone goes to ensure my dog is well cared for. This is especially true for Natasha, who has been amazing when it comes to customer service. She makes sure that you as a pet parent feel confident that your pup is in safe hands.

Better communication. I was notified that one of my dogs had vomited and she needed to go to the Vet immediately. When I asked what was going on, all I was told was that her vomit was “concerning”. When I got to the center, we were talking and I mentioned that she has a tendency to eat poop and was told that’s what the concern was, that the vomit smelled like poop. I appreciate the concern, but if it had been relayed to me what exactly what the issue was, I could have relayed the poop eating issue.

Dogtopia of Woodbridge has provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup since August of 2008. We offer dog daycare, boarding, training, grooming and spa services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team love dogs and will do everything we can to make sure they have a paw-some time when they stay at our fully-equipped, spacious facility.
