Great professional attitude and customer service from staff.
The staff is so wonderful and attentive. They have actually taken the time to get to know my furbaby. He has so much fun and definitely gets his energy out. Thank you so much !
Overall we love Dogtopia. The people are friendly and really seem to love dogs. Eric and Kal in particular are fantastic. My only complaint is cleanliness. I have to bathe my dog after every visit (and that is usually multiple times a week) because she absolutely reeks of urine. On busy days where there are 30+ dogs, one person in the room is not enough. There’s just not enough time to make ensure safety AND clean up messes in a timely manner. Also, there are four rooms but only two seem to be used, so it doesn’t seem like the rooms are ever deep cleaned.

IT’S WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. THE ALL DAY OR HALF DAY PRICE POLICY SHOULD BE BASED ON HOURS, NOT THE TIME OF DROP AND PICK-UP.

The staff are friendly and professional. They all show their genuine concerns for the pets and answers questions that are often forgotten to be asked. Very clean and no odor in the facility or on the pet after a long day!

Dogtopia of Woodbridge has provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup since August of 2008. We offer dog daycare, boarding, training, grooming and spa services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team love dogs and will do everything we can to make sure they have a paw-some time when they stay at our fully-equipped, spacious facility.
