The staff is fantastic. They always greet me and my dog with so much enthusiasm. The day care is very clean and I trust them completely with my dog. The only reason I did not give a 10 is the cost. Recently the prices increased making it a bit difficult for me to take my dog as often as I would like. They do have packages which helps to decrease the price, but they have to be used within a certain amount of time (a ten day package needs to be used within 2 months). It would be helpful if you can use the passes for day care for at least 3 to 4 months. Otherwise I would highly recommend Dogtopia of Elsmere.

Flexibility is # 1. When we travel, it’s necessary for our dog sitter to drop Xora off at 6:30 instead of 7on her way to work. I also appreciate being able to see the webcam, so we can know that our dog is comfortable with the environment.

We love Dogtopia 🙂 very friendly front staff and Sasha has so much fun. I definitely feel like she is being cared for, safe and having fun!
