Since March of 2008, Dogtopia of Manassas has been our community’s go-to destination for award- winning dog boarding, daycare and grooming. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is highly trained in providing both dogs and their parents with a safe, healthy and fun open play environment. Dogtopia of Manassas is an upscale dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility that provides a safe and fun environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention. Whether you’re looking for a place to leave your pup for the day or overnight, or if you just want to pamper them, we’re your one-stop shop to spoil your dog!
Our facility boasts 7,838 square feet of space. Your dog will play to their heart’s content in our safe and fully enclosed playrooms. We also have an outdoor play area so your pup can enjoy time in the sun, weather permitting.
Besides giving your dog a fun and clean place to play in our off-leash environment, we also provide your dog with lots of healthy exercise and socialization skills.
Or maybe your fur baby is long overdue for a bath. Avoid the mess and stress that bathing your dog at home can cause and bring them to our fully-equipped spa. We offer individual spa appointments, or you can add spa time as part of our daycare and boarding packages. Our groomer has over 10 years of experience and won Northern Virginia Magazine’s award for Best Grooming in Northern Virginia in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 as well as 2018 Best Grooming in Prince William County from InsideNOVA.com in 2017, 2018 and 2019. We recommend booking in advance since her services are in high demand!

We designed our facility with your dog’s comfort in mind. Our climate-controlled playrooms feature flooring made of compressed rubber, a material that is easy on their foot pads and will not impact housetraining in any way.
Our state-of-the-art facility includes playrooms equipped with webcams, allowing dog owners to check in on their pet throughout the day.
To ensure your dog’s safety, we divide our four-legged guests by size, temperament and play style. Our playrooms are staffed by our fantastic dog care professionals who go through rigorous training in dog behavior and know how to safely run a room. Safety is our number one priority, because dogs have to be safe before they can have any fun!
All of our team members are Pet First Aid and CPR Certified through the nationally recognized PetTech, Inc. Certification Program, “Pet Saver”

Dogtopia of Manassas has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM facility. The Heroes for Healthy PetsTM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.
The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.
Where to Find Us
We proudly serve dog parents in Manassas, Gainesville, Bristow, Haymarket, Centreville and the surrounding regions. Dogtopia of Manassas is conveniently located just a half mile east of Business 234 and Sudley Road on Balls Ford Road. Our facility is south of Interstate 66; just take exit 47.
We are close to the Bowl America and Holiday Inn on Balls Ford Road. If you’re looking for a place to drop your dog off while you’re car shopping or having your vehicle serviced, we are also near Koons Car Dealership.

Schedule a Meet and Greet
All dogs participating in our daycare or boarding services must first attend a meet and greet with our team. That way, we can determine if your pup is the right fit for our open play environment.
