Everyone at the facility is very friendly and helpful. I like, knowing there’s several doors of separation between my baby and the outside world. When she is there, I feel she is protected, learning, thriving, and safe.

Pick up and drop off. It takes too long and with a small lobby often times we are waiting outside in the heat with our pups.
Staff is very friendly to people and dogs. Dogs are treated very well and we feel safe leaving our dog for daycare or overnight.

The city room is very crowded on some days. And trainers are so busy cleaning up after the dogs that I never actually see them interacting, training or playing with the dogs on the camera.
