The staff is so friendly! Everyone is so kind to my dog and I. They are willing to be accommodating to some of my crazy work hours. They pay attention to the dogs during the daytime and ensure their safety. The manager is lovely! My dog has loved her time here for the past two years.

Everything! The app makes it easy to schedule and change plans and the facility is great but the very best part of Dogtopia is the people! They are so friendly to us and our dog from the moment we walk in until we leave. Thanks so much for all of the smiles and kindness!

Overall, I am really impressed with Dogtopia of Homewood’s overall customer service, cleanliness, and care for the dogs. I would just recommend that the Dogtopia associates pay a little more attention to the dogs during play time and ensure there is not any unhealthy behavior, specifically unwanted doggy fornication. I watched my dog repeatedly violated by another white fluffy dog on the web cam while an Dogtopia associate was right beside them. She was more focused on cleaning, which is a good thing, but could have waiting until the dogs were up in their kennels. I get that dogs will be dogs, but it wasn’t just an isolated incident. The white fluffy dog humped her repeatedly for over 10 minutes. I was traumatized watching!
