Friendly staff, great customer service!

Everyone is very friendly and pays attention to the dogs. Whether there is any issues or not the manager will let you know how your dog is doing. They treat them like their own and is a clean environment.

We feel welcome and grateful. Thank you mostly for your transparency. Love it that all the staff knows Pippin’s name. We moved up to 5 days a week because we like you guys sooooo much.

We love how personable and friendly everyone is at Dogtopia Homewood! They all immediately know Hazel when she walks in, and I always know she’s in great hands when we drop her off.

Enzo loves going to Dogtopia and I feel so comfortable leaving him there.

Love everything about Dogtopia! Friendly and caring staff members who are accessible and quickly help with any issues that arise. My dog loves going and it’s a great experience for the humans too!

The facility was very clean and set up well. The staff was excellent and my dog had a blast! My puppy was so tired when she got that she ate her dinner and was quiet the rest of the evening.

The only downside had nothing to do with the facility or staff. We simply live too far away. The traffic was bad going to pick her up and returning home.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with Cortney and her team at the Homewood Dogtopia. They were not only informative and friendly with me, but they treated each other and most importantly the dogs with bounds of love. The facility was bright and clean. My four month old puppy, Betty, was socialized for the first time and I already booked our next visit for later this week. What a gem to have in Birmingham!
