Friendly staff, clean facilities
How clean the facility is. How seriously everyone takes the safety and care of the dogs. How much my dog loves going. How much everyone loves my dog.

Indoor facility so regardless of the weather the dogs will have plenty of play time.
I love the activities Dogtopia plan to keep my dogs entertained and busy during their visits. I love that the trainers get to know my dogs specific needs and keep me informed, and I feel very comfortable when I need to board them for long periods at a time.
Being able to check in on them throughout the day via Webcam is great!
The dropoff process. ITS NOT EFFICIENT. I take split my dog between 2 locations, the other one takes less than 1 min. Dotopia, over 10mins!
