Staff, especially Matt, are very kind, Everything is clean and smells great I like.the CCTV

The facilities are super clean. Good constant supervision of the dogs. The staff are easy to deal with. Can’t ask for anything more.

Due to my dog’s breed, Alaskan Malmute, I need an indoor play place for him. Dogtopia provides a needed service, in that regard.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to your pet… Mat the owner is very involved with all aspects of the business. I honestly haven’t really sat down and looked at the pricing for 2 dogs… It sounded a little pricy from just listening to them on the meet and greet.
The place is very clean!! Which is a plus~
I do wish they had a covered area to just pull under and let them take your pet out of the car when dropping off. Otherwise great place for daycare and boarding‼️👌

Friendly, can watch online, clean

It’s clean! They legit clean multiple times a day and, as a result, it doesn’t smell like pee. Also, my dogs love it there. They get the excited/happy tappy taps with their paws when we round the corner and they realize where we’re going.

Cleanliness, scheduled events, constant change for pups, keeping pups engaged, keeping bad behaviors at bay.

Everyone at the Madison location has been exceptional! Friendly, professional and kind….and you can tell, they really love the dogs! The facility is clean and fresh and it’s a joy to watch all the dogs interacting and having fun.
