I’ve gone in for the meet & greet. The staff was very friendly, Sara did our interview. She was fantastic with Porter. I don’t think I’ve ever been interviewed like my dog was my child. But that’s how this went. What are his likes, dislikes, things that may cause him anxiety. She listened to me and clarified. He was progressively introduced to other dogs, and then added to one of the play rooms.
What I love when you enter? You can see all 4 play zones displayed on a big screen, there is a glass window that looks into one of the rooms also. You can see the staff interacting with the dogs, clean ups happening, water being refilled. All the parents picking up their fur babies interacted with staff, got progress info on their day & seemed happy with Dogtopia as well. I did not sense any frustrations or discontent. The dogs have activities, photo days, and boarding? Includes daycare! Your dog is socialized. Which is why we were there, our dog isn’t a traditional boarding pup. Leaving him in a kennel creates such a sadness for him, we just can’t. So we are so happy to have a space that provides the type of care our dog needs.

Theo cannot wait to come to Dogtopia. He gets so excited when he knows it is his day to go. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and keep you in the know of specials going on.
They are AMAZING. The staff is great and very welcoming. I love picking the pups up and they are exhausted.
Great energy and great environment. It’s clean and the front desk personnel are always positive and have great attitudes towards my pup and myself. It’s leash free and my pup is always excited to go!

The entire crew/staff at Madison Dogtopia is awesome. They are friendly and professional. Bear loves every time he goes there and gets excited beyond belief when he knows that’s where we are headed.

Not in a crate all day. Just during lunch and clean up time. Very friendly staff!!! Webcams to watch the dogs play.
