The staff is friendly and caring. Bella is a bit timid and they make sure she is safe and comfy in the Toy Box.
I really appreciated Ben contacting me to let me know that my dog had some stress collitis ,that it was normal and that they would monitor. He also told me that my dog wasn’t eating and was fine with hand feeding him until he started to eat on his own again. Really personalized service! I was out of the country, so Ben made me feel secure that my dog was getting great treatment. I also enjoyed watching him on the video camera!
