If I have to withdraw my pet early from Dogtopia’s care, my [FIRST NAME REMOVED] is adjusted to only the time spent at Dogtopia rather than the originally scheduled stay.
My dog loves your staff so much. She runs up to each of them when we arrive and she’s always wagging her tail. When I come to pick her up, she wants to hang out in the lobby and get many more pets and love from your team members. It’s so sweet and is a great reminder of what wonderful care she gets there.
The webcam is fantastic too. I have such fun watching her interactions with the other dogs, or as she just stands and observes her roommates. It’s quite entertaining!

The building smells terrible inside, like the dog urine hasn’t been cleaned out.
