There is almost always availability, everyone is friendly, and my dog is always taken care of.
Convenient location for me. Friendly and communicative staff. Definitely get the feeling that the staff loves dogs in general and is invested in my dog specifically.

The regional manager that was working on Friday, April 28th was unbelievably rude. All of their employees are so nice and take such good care of our dog but the regional manager that was working was truly awful.
I love hearing who my dog played with whenever I pick him up. A previous day care would tell me 1-2 sentences on how my dog’s day was but I never get that unless I ask.
The fact that my dog, and the other dogs I observe, seem extremely happy to be there.

My dog can be pretty smelly when I pick her up. Would be great to have something there to wipe them down before I put her in my car.
The staff is great, incredibly friendly, attentive. My dog loves going here and is ALWAYS exhausted after a full day of play. I also use their boarding and he comes home happy.
