I like that I get updates from his stay/daycare and I can watch the videocam when I check in during the day. (Although the last few days the camera has been down).

It can take a long time to drop off and pick up dogs. Maybe more staff in the lobby during rush times.

Staff is very friendly and great with the dogs. Dog comes home tired and happy.

We love the ease of the app and the web cam which is so fun to watch and the professional and friendly staff! My dog Frasier runs into the lobby as soon as I open the door. Sometimes she doesn’t even want to leave when I come to pick her up. She’s having so much fun getting all of the love and attention from the Pack Leaders.

We also really appreciate the fun photo events you have. It’s so adorable. And thank you for all you do with the Dogtopia Foundation. We will continue to support that worthy and important mission.

Good people on staff; reliable, safe environment

My dog Thelma loves her playdates at Dogtopia. Staff is always courteous and take good care of dogs. Since Thelma usually only comes for half days would like discounts for half day packages similar to full day packages.

Greeters and staff are so friendly and kind, I love the anecdotes about the visit, and communication is excellent. Very prompt.

My dog hates being away from us but literally runs towards the staff at Dogtopia. The cameras provide extra comfort knowing our dog is doing well.
