My dog Thelma loves her playdates at Dogtopia. Staff is always courteous and take good care of dogs. Since Thelma usually only comes for half days would like discounts for half day packages similar to full day packages.

Greeters and staff are so friendly and kind, I love the anecdotes about the visit, and communication is excellent. Very prompt.

My dog hates being away from us but literally runs towards the staff at Dogtopia. The cameras provide extra comfort knowing our dog is doing well.

Everyone is super friendly and our pup seems to have a great time burning off that Puppy Energy! I feel very confident leaving Dolly in your care!

I’ve boarded my dog here a few times and probably will board him there again. The staff is very friendly and constantly provides updates. That being said, the last couple times I’ve boarded him he has gotten sick, the first time he got kennel cough, and this most recent time he had stomach issues for days after I picked him up.

The staff are mostly excellent and it’s clear that my dog loves the team members. I like the ease of scheduling in the app and having access to cameras. Considering the area, I think the pricing is fair.

However, it also feels like your team is undermanned at times, and the limited hours on weekends can be inconveniencing when trying to take a longer day trip somewhere. Plus the traffic in the area is awful. None of these things can be realistically “fixed,” but they do push me towards other options in Alexandria.

Friendly staff that cares about our dog.

Nothing noted so far but the staff made me wait on my appointment. Also, the playroom did not look like the pics on the website- no platforms or places for dogs to run up and down or separate themselves from others.
