The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. They know my pup when we come in and he loves to see them when I drop him off.

Price mostly. It’s gotten very expensive. Service is good and our dog seems to like it there. We have been getting less of the text updates during our dog’s stay. Only received one on our last 6-day trip and it was on the very last day.

My dog just loves other dogs – and as a single dog home (and as a puppy) socialization is key. When nobody will be home with her most of the day and/or when she hasn’t been around doggos much in a while, we take her and she freaking LOVES it.

Staff is super friendly. The webcams are great. Gives us a piece of mind and we love to see our dog having fun. 🙂

I’ve been very happy with the daycare and boarding services. However I think you need to better execute on the spa services. I’ve booked services and then not had them done.

My dog has a great time at DogTopia, but she comes home dirty and sometimes smelly. This last visit she had been wiped down up top and didn’t smell too bad but the backs of her legs were so dirty I had to hose them off when I got home.

Everything. It is the best place for our dog when we are busy.

Include the outdoor space on the website. I need to board my dog and ruled this place out for boarding because there was no mention of having outdoor space or taking them outside at any points in the day. Plus, reviews state dogs are allowed to potty in play area which makes it seem they’re not taken outside as well. We completed and passed the meet and greet but I have yet to be given access to the Webcam. My dog has even attended daycare here already. Webcam access was the primary reason I chose this place. Also, meet and greets should be provided over the weekend. Unsure if it was a timing issue, but was only available for weekday mornings when I looked. Luckily, I have the work flexibility to do that, but some don’t. Also, if scheduling these during weekday mornings, be on time and prepared as people may need to get back to work. Mine started like 20 min late due to looking for and confirming paperwork that I’d sent over twice beforehand so I was late returning to work.
