Our dog always has a good time and loves going to daycare. We also board him there and is always happy when he goes in and comes out. He is taken care of well and staff is very friendly and great to our dog.
Everything is great, I just don’t care for the new subscription model. I preferred the previous payment structure where I could purchase passes and use at my convenience.
Great place. Dogs seem to really love the staff and vice versa.

Have someone stay in the facility overnight with the boarded dogs.
Make sure someone is at the front desks for pickups and drop offs.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and very attentive! My puppy always comes back from daycare very happy!
Staff are outstanding from front desk to associates. Thelma enjoys her play dates at Dogtopia and loves going. Any billing questions or issues are addressed immediately. Reservations are easy to make. The only item I do not like is the recent change to mainly full day subscription services. I have been using your facility for over 4 years and the ability to buy discounted half day passes in quantity fit my requirements perfectly.
