Friendly.
I love that it’s an air-conditioned indoor facility and that the staff are friendly and offer insight as to how my dog did throughout the day.
The webcams are a great feature as well!
My dog has lots of energy and is naturally social. I found that dogtopia is a great place for him to have appropriate interaction and play with other dogs like him. I do appreciate watching him on the Webcam when it’s available. It’s nice to see he is always getting along and when he isn’t they put them in a crate to decompress. I can’t explain how much I’ve appreciated that structure because it’s so important. They always contact me when something happens no matter what. I think what makes for me is that my dog is always super excited to go and he never wants to leave. That’s how it should be.
Have the manage call me. It’s been 2 weeks and multiple messages left and nothing
Flexibility on scheduling baths is important to us. We may forget to cancel one week but then we hope you will work with us to make it up another week.
Apollo always comes home smelling not great after he has been there. Not sure what the smell is?

The staff is wonderful, the building, rooms, equipment, etc. appear neat, clean and organized, the camera system is what Dog Parents need, and the care, love, and attention to my pupper are wonderful. With caring for a terminally ill family member, having Dogtopia take care of my pupper during the day and sometimes on the weekends has been a tremendous help and blessing.
I was extremely happy with Max’s Boarding. It was his first overnight stay and he was treated very well. Thank you very much. I was a worried Mom.
Not flexible withe enrollment. It’s all or nothing and if you get charged when your dog doesn’t come then you should be able to use as credit days for when they come back. You also should receive a courtesy call after a certain number of days missed to see if you need to pause or change your status as an enrolled member
