The entire team is warm, loving, kind, and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for these last almost 2 years with Dogtopia. I would continue to sign up for the unlimited time and time again just to ensure my dog gets to see – what has now become- her family.
I love how the staff is so friendly towards my fur baby as well as myself. Dogtopia is our go to whenever we have to have him boarded or go to a daycare.
The video cam kept going in and out, better quality of the cameras delayed.
Very long wait time to get my pets things together when I arrived. Also the smell is very overwhelming when you walk in.
Overall really appreciate the team and your flexibility.
I like that I get feedback about how my dog is doing via text, also able to see my pup on camera, and they are very good about responding to emails.
