We had our meet and greet and the staff was so friendly and accommodating- I loved how they explained everything and gave me a tour- at my dogs last place I never once saw behind the door ! Happy to start our journey with Dogtopoa!

I love dogtopia. So does my dog. 🙂

My dog is happiest after a full day of play at Dogtopia of Alexandria. Every employee has genuine interest in and care for my dog when I drop off/pick up. The livestreamed rooms during the day let me see my pet is having fun and being well cared for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a dog or considering getting a dog.

I like that they open early and stay open late. The Webcam is great because I can see what my dog is doing during the day. The staff is very friendly and always greets us when we arrive.

My dog plays very well at dogtopia. I like that I can check in on her with the webcams. I also
like that they have nap time and also monitor the dogs and crate them when necessary. My dog is
always happy and very tired when I pick her up, letting me know that she had a good time.

People at desk and all employees are very friendly.

The staff at Dogtopia are all clearly dog lovers who take a genuine interest in every dog for which they provide care. My little miniature Cockapoo has been coming to Dogtopia for almost 2 years twice per week since she was a young pup to socialize with other dogs and have fun. She loves going to Dogtopia and we’re glad to take her.

Convenient times – I can drop him off at 6:30am before going to the gym. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy watching him on the cameras.

1) you need to have a groomer. My dog came home this time and was rinsed off I suppose but when you don’t blow dry a dog and comb it properly they get mats. My wrist is broken and I can’t groom her so now I have to pay for a groomer to comb her out
2. My dog had a potential emergency during this stay and it was fortunately handled quickly ,but this brought up some issues. My dog was lethargic. I noticed it on the webcam. She was lying in the toy box room not even picking up her head to look at other dogs. When I called they said she’d been sleeping for half an hour. She also hadn’t been eating well so I was concerned .That worried me and I asked for them to please take her to the local emergency room. At first I was told it would take 2 hours to get her there and that was because they didn’t have someone with a car that they could spare. I later suggested they call an Uber but by that time they were able to take her to the vet. My concern is, what happens if she had been attacked by another dog or passed out completely or had an urgent emergency?. I’m feeling a little uncomfortable knowing that there could be a delay of up to 2 hours or more to get help for the dog I also realize that I don’t know if anyone’s there overnight. What happens if there’s a fire or a flood?
3. It bothers me a little bit that the person in the room with her didn’t consider her behavior to be unusual. . It wasn’t her first day and even for any dog to not even look up at other dogs standing right next to her should alarm them. I also wish the dogs had more interaction with the leader. Unless they playwith another dog they just lay around all day

The service is great and the employees really care. But the cost is high.
