They got to know Roscoe and he feels like part of the family!

Great staff, very friendly.

Our dog runs up to the door when we arrive and enjoys his day with canine and human friends. We appreciate the staff’s enthusiasm for the dogs in their care.

I wish there were beds for my small dog during the day. It makes me sad to see them all walking in circles for hours on end (that is, when the cameras are even working). He likes to sleep 18 hours a day in his old age and in the past at other daycare/boarding facilities, he would spend the better part of the day laying down.

Very professional staff who love animals!

The staff is incredibly attentive, patient, and caring with the dogs. Communication is excellent, especially the thoughtful follow-ups throughout the day to make sure each dog’s specific needs are being met. Really appreciate the level of care and attention they provide!

I’d like to see the staff interact with the dogs more. It also would be reassuring if there was someone there 24 hours a day.. and I’m still waiting for there to be a groomer there.

We like the staff, the welcoming atmosphere at Dogtopia, and the fact that our dog enjoys her twice weekly visit. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the services provided.

So friendly and on top of our pup’s care… we truly appreciate the peace of mind Dogtopia gives us about our precious Dolly!

My dog and I feel like VVVIPs especially when boarding. I love the text updates from the staff on how my dog is doing, what she is eating, her poops, whom she is playing with … it’s wonderful how communicative the team is with me! It’s really reassuring knowing my baby girl is being cared for and loved while I am stressed on a work trip. It’s one less thing I need to think about!! My pup LOVES the attention she receives. Thank you for always taking great care of us!
