Everyone is so happy and nice!!!!

The staff is amazing the way they work with so many of our babies. Also it is nice that they know my dogs name at first look!! I love Dogtopia!!!

Staff members are consistently courteous and professional, and the physical plant is well maintained. This combination suggests a well-run business.

Friendly, patient staff! Flexibility of scheduling for services. Good availability for boarding, spa, etc. Good communication about what is going on with your pup during the day (as needed). Great hours! 6a-7p during work week with availability on the weekend too (later drop off time, earlier pick up time for wknds).

We have a high energy hunting breed (translate: stamina for days), and he comes home TIRED every time! Success! I also think it’s been great for his socialization, too. He constantly plays with a German shepherd, a great Dane, coon hound and his bfellow vizslas.

The Meet and Greet was great. The staff who showed us around seemed to genuinely care about dogs and puppy.

The hours of operation, the fantastic employees, and the well kept, clean space. All of that contributes to the happiness we see in our dog when we pick her up!

I love how everyone who works there knows my dog’s name and the friends he hangs out with in the toy box. It’s like the Cheers for dogs–well, minus the alcohol!

Zara seems to need more personal touch. She had not been there in a few years, and was quite nervous. Once she got into her room, she seemed to accept that, but I still think she needed some physical touch. She threw up that night (at home) and it took a full day for her to “recover”.

I know most dogs enjoy the play time. Zara runs a lot at the dog park but does not play – just sniffs other dogs and will run with them. Do you have a running track? I’ve seen some daycare places with small spaces have added them.
