We love Dogtopia! The staff are so friendly and love our fur baby like their own! Our fur baby always comes home tired from all the play time which is awesome! 🙂 We love this place.

I like how personalized Dogtopia is. I feel like my pup is deeply cared for and great lengths are taken to make sure all dogs are comfortable, happy, and social! I also love being told who he played with after pickup; the fostering of friendships is very sweet to me!

Reliable and prompt communication.

Dogtopia staff are always welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. They love working with dogs and I always feel reassured that my dog will be safe when I leave her there.

Attendants take good care of Thelma and she is happy to return for her playdates. Alexandria facility is exceptionally clean and Thelma is completely ready when I pick her up.

In the past I was able to buy half day passes at a discount and in various quantities. Half days work best for Thelma since she is getting up in age and gets plenty of exercise in half day playdates. Now only discounted passes are for several full day options. Would like to see the discounted half day options reinstated.

Wait to pick up dog at the end of the day.

Although it requires planning, I appreciate that Dogtopia needs a reservation for daycare. It ensures the playrooms won’t be overcrowded and the staff won’t be overwhelmed. I also like that I can schedule a bath for my pooch while he’s in daycare.
