The hours of operation, the fantastic employees, and the well kept, clean space. All of that contributes to the happiness we see in our dog when we pick her up!

I love how everyone who works there knows my dog’s name and the friends he hangs out with in the toy box. It’s like the Cheers for dogs–well, minus the alcohol!
Zara seems to need more personal touch. She had not been there in a few years, and was quite nervous. Once she got into her room, she seemed to accept that, but I still think she needed some physical touch. She threw up that night (at home) and it took a full day for her to “recover”.
I know most dogs enjoy the play time. Zara runs a lot at the dog park but does not play – just sniffs other dogs and will run with them. Do you have a running track? I’ve seen some daycare places with small spaces have added them.
My dogs were really shy of other dogs, but both of them seemed to to have a great time with their stay at Dogtopia. I really enjoyed being able to view them on a webcam when they were in the play rooms.
Employees are welcoming and friendly, especially the front desk receptionist.
You provide a good and needed service, but not all my friends can afford it.
Stop putting my dog into detention just because he is very active with other dogs.
The staff is very friendly and my dog loves going there.
Offer dog training while at daycare.
