I love how the staff is so friendly towards my fur baby as well as myself. Dogtopia is our go to whenever we have to have him boarded or go to a daycare.
The video cam kept going in and out, better quality of the cameras delayed.
Very long wait time to get my pets things together when I arrived. Also the smell is very overwhelming when you walk in.
Overall really appreciate the team and your flexibility.
I like that I get feedback about how my dog is doing via text, also able to see my pup on camera, and they are very good about responding to emails.
Very professional and attentive staff. Clearly dog-lovers. Grateful for the tour during the meet and greet.
