I boarded my dog for 3 days last weekend and did not receive any updates at all. Prior, we would look forward to messages from the Dogtopia folks. Also, the tip request when paying such a large sum of money is inappropriate, especially when I received zero personalized service. This used to *not* be the case with Dogtopia but has changed as the franchise has gotten more corporate. Beware losing personalized touched as customers will leave.

I was able to create an appointment on short notice and it was not a problem to cut my appointment short either.

Easy to reserve boarding, easy to check the webcams, easy to drop off and pick up.

Clean, friendly staff, outside space all make Dogtopia a perfect place to trust our dog to during vacations.

Wasn’t given access to cameras and my cell phone was wrong in the system so I didn’t get any updates but her visit went well!

My number may have been higher after more visits. My dog has only been twice.. so too early to tell

I liked how I was given a tour when I did the meet and greet. It was so nice to see the ins and outs of where my dog will be staying. I feel like the staff here really cares about our fur children.

I really liked the pre-screening and how organized they were, given all the dogs that are there all the time. I had my husband take her in, and I noticed when she returned that the staff wrote Barb’s name on her backpack and made sure that the instructions I provided for food were clearly written on the bag, They (the people working the day I first came) also knew the dogs like regulars, which was very cute. This was Barb’s first time in boarding, and since she is a senior dog and a rescue, we have been a bit overprotective. It was really so reassuring to see how she was doing on camera, and that she was really enjoying herself with the other dogs. We definitely feel comfortable having her stay there again in the future.
