I’m concerned that this is my dogs 2nd boarding stay (non consecutive) and has come home with dings on his face. His stay back in March was the tip his ear was chewed up and this stay was his snout with a small gouge. The team asked me both times if he came in this way – he did not as he does not interact with other dogs. I understand dogs rough house and play around but I’m hoping the coaches are looking to ensure they aren’t gnawing at any one dogs ears or face. This can lead to infection and disease and we know how costly this is. Those dogs gnawing need to be put on time out – including mine, if warranted. For both times, I didn’t get much of a reaction – just got questioned if he came in that way. Makes me rethink if he’ll go back – which I don’t love since it’s convenient. I will reserve for EOM May but will give that some thought.

I love the Dogtopia team at Alexandria, they are wonderful with my little beagle lady.
She loves going to Dogtopia, she is well taken care of. Such a piece of mind knowing she’s safe, having fun and being loved.

Longer Hour’s – is HARD to get out of downtown dc when I get off work at 6. even keeping open till 7:30 would be great. but I understand that the employee’s would like to go home in the evening.

We only use your daycare services. Hours are convenient. We like that you have 4 (mostly 3) separate rooms. The webcams were also a deciding factor why we selected Dogtopia.

Our dog is always happy and comfortable when we come to pick her up. Priceless

Bambi came down with Kennel cough following the last time we boarded her.
