Prices for 1/2 day are too high. The went from a 5 day pass at $24/session to $32.

My dining room floor is all chopped up
because the person who cuts nails does not cut them all & does not do it properly. I had tried many times – even with the crenel – but you need a professional like you used to have. I will now have to spend a ton of money getting my floor re-done.

The focus of the company has changed. My dog likes being there but the organization seems to be more focused on money than dogs.

We love Dogtopia, but sadly, the price increases have definitely impacted how often we are able to use Dogtopia’s services.

My dog contracted Kennel Cough after boarding. She came home coughing and vet confirmed next day. I wish that notices were sent out if any dogs were contracting illnesses, so I can plan accordingly.

We love that our dog, Hank, always feels safe whenever we drop him off at Dogtopia of Alexandria. Based on our interactions with staff and watching on the webcam, we know they are very organized and truly care about the dogs they are watching!

After taking my greyhound for an evaluation and taking a tour of the facility, I was very pleased. I plan to take my dog there for both daycare and for boarding. The staff members were very pleasant and knowledgable.

Personal service, staff all seem to enjoy their jobs. Love the cameras so I can check in on my pup

Thelma has been coming to Alexandria Dogtopia for more than 4 years and she loves her time there. Staff are excellent and front desk resolved a billing issue quickly and correctly. Only recommendation would be to offer cost effective half day passes/options similar to those provided for full day and as offered in the past. With my schedule and Thelma’s half days work better except when I have all day meetings or travel.
