Dogtopia is the best daycare/boarding service I have tried in the last two years! I am a first time fur parent and they keep me posted on any issues with my pup and he is so happy to be there! The customer service and the way they treat my fur baby is amazing!

I’ve been happy about the service provided at your location. My puppy loves being there and I can relax knowing he’s in good hands. Such a friendly staff as well!

The availability ,the warm and friendly greetings Tiny and I receive when dropping off and picking up. The staff seem to care about my Tiny and that is a big plus for me. We have used both daycare and boarding. My puppy is always happy playing with the other fur babies and the staff I have interacted with thus far are very professional and friendly.

If I have to withdraw my pet early from Dogtopia’s care, my [FIRST NAME REMOVED] is adjusted to only the time spent at Dogtopia rather than the originally scheduled stay.

My dog loves your staff so much. She runs up to each of them when we arrive and she’s always wagging her tail. When I come to pick her up, she wants to hang out in the lobby and get many more pets and love from your team members. It’s so sweet and is a great reminder of what wonderful care she gets there.

The webcam is fantastic too. I have such fun watching her interactions with the other dogs, or as she just stands and observes her roommates. It’s quite entertaining!

Caring staff, great customer service.

The building smells terrible inside, like the dog urine hasn’t been cleaned out.

Always available to book last minute for day care and how much everyone there loves on all the dogs 🙂

Pricing, and the locked in per week system, as opposed to the previous pricing system, those would be my two issues
