Seamless reservation, drop off and pickup. Only suggestion is to make the hours clearer. We didn’t know that there would be an added charge for pickup after 12pm until we dropped off.
We love Dogtopia of Alexandria for so many reasons! —The app is really easy to use and has great features.
-The webcam! I get to “spy” on my baby girl – and I am so entertained watching the dogs play.
-The Pack Leaders are welcoming, professional, attentive, personable, warm and friendly to us. They make us feel like we are the most important clients.
-My dog knows when I turn onto Colvin Street. She gets so excited! She actually pulls me to the front door when we get out of the car.
-I so appreciate the text updates when my baby girl is being boarded-and the photos!
-Thank you for letting me know when she “hunger strikes” and offering some yummier food alternatives!
These are just a few reasons… I feel confident and secure when I leave my girl there, that she will be loved and taken care of! Pamela

The staff at Dogtopia in Alexandria are very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication is excellent. Our dog is well care for and loved.
Sometimes I can smell the cleaning fluid you use for the floors on my dog’s fur after I pick him up. Also, he always seems to be wet somewhere but not sure why.
I had a 3:30 p.m. appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early with my dog. We waited together for more than 40 minutes for the meet and greet. During that time, I witnessed several individuals coming to pick up their dogs. Some of these individuals waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room while I waited for my appointment. It appeared to me the location (Alexandria) was either under-staffed in general. I found my tour to be very rushed. I didn’t feel like I could ask questions because the individual from Dogtopia appeared very rushed and quite stressed. I’ll give you folks a try but I am going to look at other vendors as well. I am concerned about the parking situation on Colvin Street in general. The parking lot is tiny.
Everyone is so attentive and show the legitimately care about the dogs they are trusted with.
