You do a great job taking care of my healthly dog, but we’ve had to board my older, less healthy dog at the vet because we don’t feel comfortable with the level of care you provide. I’m actually looking for a new provider who can care for an older dog with health issues without calling me fifteen times a day while I’m on vacation about previously existing health conditions we alrealdy told you about.

Staff are always available. Some days I arrive early and they take my dog immediately.

Everyone is so friendly and they treat the dogs so well.

I know Navy Yard has extended hours, even if packages rose $1, can we consider on weekdays staying open until 8pm? Thank you!

Honestly, everything is fine. I’m just wondering if Daisy gets enough water while she is there or if the running around just makes her more thirsty. She’s always really thirsty when she gets home. I”m still hesitant about leaving her there over night since there isn’t anyone onsite to monitor. Seems very risky to me.
Staff are great and I’m very comfortable with the day care offered. I like seeing her on camera. And I appreciate how you separate the dogs by size without exception. THank you so much!
