My dog is evaluated on his personality and allowed to be him. That is so important to me, especially since he is an older dog that has never been around dogs.

Staff is very friendly. Our dog loves going there and comes home happy and tired.
Not disappointed per se, I just wish there was some feedback about my dog’s day. Some places do “report cards” which I realize is a lot of work. Maybe just an email or something at the end of the day to let me know how she did.
My dog LOVES the staff … sometimes she just wants to hang out and get love from the Pack Leaders – also I truly appreciate how professional the team is. They always make us feel like we are the most important clients 💖🐾
