I enjoyed the meet and greet. I enjoyed how they slowly introduced my dog into a small group because she has not really been around many dogs and I liked how friendly and caring the person who showed me around was.
We love how happy our dogs have been after going to daycare!

Retention of employees is very important so my dog is greeted extremely warmly on arrival. Turn over of employees means the dogs don’t know the employees and are then not as comfortable. In other words, pay your employees generously so they stay.
We like your customer focus and love of animals. The intake was very professional. We just like the atmosphere and feel very comfortable leaving our little girl in the care of the staff in Alexandria.
All employees are so nice and they treat my dog like their own 🙂
My boys love coming to DogTopia of Alexandria. All of the employees seem to know them by name and are very happy to greet them when they arrive. I also like the fact that I can see them on the cameras.
