I’d like to be able to see my account in the app. I should have a couple days of daycare “banked” for weeks I paid but did not use. I have no way to confirm that they are there. When I asked at the desk, it sounded like they were not there.
Love that my dog is always super-excited to go to Doggy Daycare & that I can watch him on the webcam, even though it only works about half the time at best. Also love the very friendly & welcoming staff who seem to love my dog almost as much as I do.
The only thing that I think needs to be changed is their billing system.

Dogtopia is such a fun and loving environment for dogs. Tucker gets so excited when it’s his day to play with friends. Drop off and pickup is so easy and all of the staff are beyond kind. They know Tucker when he walks in and greet him with excited voices and pets. The facility is clean and you see staff actively cleaning while in the rooms with the dogs. We have enjoyed our experience with Dogtopia and always recommend it to friends.
We’ve had a ton of mixups with billing and honestly, its beyond frustrating. We are still waiting on our last refund. It doesn’t make you very trustworthy as we have no idea where our money is going half the time.
Friendly and welcoming staff. My dog loves to go there.
We’ve utilized the boarding services. My dog always looks forward to sleepovers here and seeing his friends. The staff is always friendly too!
The Dogtopia staff are the BEST-kind and compassionate. Thank you for being patient and wonderful with Prinny! Clean facilities that are well maintained. Fun themed events throughout the month. Keep up the great work!
I trust the Dogtopia team with my pup, who is always happy to go to her weekly daycare visit! Everyone is helpful, well-trained and attentive to the dogs and their needs. My pup has definitely benefited from socializing with all her friends at Dogtopia!
