Good hours and my dog loves it there

Caring and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate that I can absolutely trust them to take great care of my dog.
I like the special treat days and the fun picture days.
I also like that I can relax when she’s boarded. I know she’s in good hands.

Friendly and safe

We are still new to the place so my comments are only based on the first week of us being here. However it does concern me a little bit. When I came into to pick up my puppy, I understand they have to put her in the “gray box” first before leaving. I saw the person working in the room dragged and pulled my dog into the box and I heard my dog cry and whimper in pain. I understand it can be hectic in there but It was not the kindest gesture. What else happens when we are not there? I want to establish trust and not have to watch the webcam all day but it did make me a little uncomfortable a bit. Hope it is an isolated incident.

I appreciate the Webcam. Is it current or time delayed? I also appreciate the curb service; especially in snow and ice. Oscar is ecstatic to come. I wish I could afford more. He relates well to your staff.
