The staff is very welcoming and considerate
Overall, I was very satisfied with one exception. I would like the trainers to be a liitle more interactive with all the dogs, not just a chosen few.
I’ve noticed a recent change. There seems to be more staff around and more interaction with the dogs. Dogs are being worked with and not immediately crated if they display questionable behavior. My dog is always happy and tired when she leaves there!
The daycare and spa services are awesome! The team is so attentive, caring, and just so loving to our two dogs … both dogs love going to daycare. Gabby, Katy and Ross make sure that my dogs have a wonderful experience every time they go!❤️

The people are friendly and helpful. My dog seems to be happy to go each week to see the other dogs.
