Whole package – able to view my dog; Friendliness of staff.
Very personable staff. Always is excited to greet the dog when you drop off or pick up your dog. You can always check how your pet is doing on the web cam. When I mention that she’s going to Dogtopia I can hardly get her harness on.
Everyone is amazing and takes such great care of our pup. He loves going to Dogtopia!
Everyone is great! Sophie gets so excited to come to Dogtopia. It is good to see how excited she gets when she sees all of her friends there. We have also boarded our dog and they are great! When we pick her up she is excited to see us and excited to return to Dogtopia. It makes us feel good that Dogtopia is like a second home for her. Thank you for everything you do!

The staff members were so friendly and helpful. While my dog joined the group, the front desk associate answered questions and turned the webcam video on full screen in the lobby so I could watch my dog play.
