I just finished 2 weeks boarding my dog/ I feel very comfortable leaving her there. Staff are wonderful and very professional. 2 weeks is a long time for a dog and the staff took pity on her and let her visit with them at the front desk. That’s above and beyond. Thank you.

Friendly and attentive staff
We love Dogtopia in Arlington Heights! The team is kind and friendly and always addresses any questions we have. They also make it fun for the dogs. Playtime, special treat day and my favorite is that they are always doing fundraisers to earn enough money for a service dog! That is amazing! Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to the front door.
Easy, convenient, webcams (when they are working) allow me to see my pup.
Excellent service ,friendly,clean and timely
The caretakers know my pooch. They know her by name as well as her likes/dislikes. My dog feels very comfortable when I leave her at daycare (and I have an anxious dog).
