We love Dogtopia in Arlington Heights! The team is kind and friendly and always addresses any questions we have. They also make it fun for the dogs. Playtime, special treat day and my favorite is that they are always doing fundraisers to earn enough money for a service dog! That is amazing! Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to the front door.

Easy, convenient, webcams (when they are working) allow me to see my pup.

Excellent service ,friendly,clean and timely

The caretakers know my pooch. They know her by name as well as her likes/dislikes. My dog feels very comfortable when I leave her at daycare (and I have an anxious dog).

The staff is great and my little guy is always happy when I drop him off. I know that he is in good hands which takes stress off this fur mommy.

I love almost everything about Dogtopia. The staff are great. The activities are great. My one complaint about Dogtopia is that the dogs come home smelling absolutely horrible. I’ve heard it from other pet parents, also. I wonder if it’s because they go to the bathroom inside? No amount of wipes can fix it. They smell awful and if accumulates after several days there.

Great communication about Ziggy. Love the webcam. Ziggy’s activities are lively and personalized for a very reasonable price. Facilities are clean and upbeat. Ziggy Stardust comes home tired and happy. That’s the most important quality of Arlington Heights Dogtopia.

I really love the staff at Dogtopia Arlington Heights. They always greet our dog with so much joy, and we know that she can be a handful! Lexi LOVES coming to Dogtopia. She’s always very excited to see all the people and dogs. It is so worth it to see her so happy there; I feel as though she’s very well cared for, and she comes home happy and calm.

Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is a very caring, warm and clean environment. The staff always get to know the dogs as well as the owners personally and are always ready to help out in any way possible. I highly recommend this dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility.

From the manager, Ross, to each of his employees, everyone is dedicated to making sure all of our pets are treated fantastically! Bella can hardly wait to go to day care in the morning! She loves all of the teachers! And they all love Bella!
