The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog is excited to go for day play and the grooming was exactly what I asked to be done. My only wish is that there was outdoor play available.

Employees are well trained on policies. Facility appears clean. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about my dog’s interests and routines and behaviors. Employees send communication regularly about my dog while at boarding thru pictures and updates.

The team provided me with great updates during my dog’s stay. He smelled so clean after his bath. For a dog that has not always loved boarding, this was a great experience.

Snacks, activities, camera, photo updates, especially the report cards! I haven’t used the spa yet but plan to. Front desk staff is always really happy and friendly.

We love Dogtopia! Pepper is so happy when we pull into the parking lot. It is so convenient and the hours work very well with my long work days. I love that drop off time can be as early as 6a. I work 12 hour shifts, so this works great for my schedule. All staff have been great, and Pepper is always happy to see them!

I love the warm and friendly staff and the great communications from them. Definitely the pictures and instagram!

The staff is extremely friendly & genuinely seems to care about dogs.
