Kind staff, they genuinely care about my pet. They keep us updated and send pictures. I love the updates and fun events!

My pup Chase is always exhausted when he comes back home. He always has the best time at Dogtopia and I love watching him on the webcams!

Lilly came home looking like she had such a fun day—she was completely worn out! She made new friends, and I especially appreciated the updates from Jake on her meet and greet day. He sent pictures, called, and kept me in the loop about how she was adjusting, which gave me so much peace of mind. I loved hearing that she was making new doggy friends and behaving well for the staff.

She did have some issues with the crate, but the team was quick to communicate with me and offered her other accommodations, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Lilly had a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for the thoughtful communication and care you all provided. We’ll definitely be back!

Friendly staff and my dogs always seem to have a good time

I love that the team really seems to love our Polly. Everyone is always so friendly when we come in. I love the personal touches like the report card the pictures. They always make my day. I like how I can easily communicate through txt. And you guys always respond very quickly. I love watching Polly through the camera. It’s a sense of comfort, but also fun to see how she’s acting hopefully behaving. It’s just a positive environment and y’all seem to really care about Polly and attentive to her and that means everything. I can put my mind at ease, knowing that she’s safe and happy and getting to be her best self.

Friendly, personable staff. My dog loves it

The staff have been very accommodating to my schedule and have given me options on how best to manage my dog’s care. She now is not afraid to come in the door and pulls on her leash to get in. The food has been managed well and she has come back happy and tired, which is both good.
