Great service, my dogs were happy to see me but seemed like they had a good time. Even had an afternoon doggy soup for a cold day.

Hire more staff!!!!! Please 🙏 We are always disappointed that our dogs get put into crates when we drop off in the morning bc u don’t have staff and rotate dog rooms til 9-10am. Front desk is so pushed in the am running dogs back. She does a fantastic job (we luv her) but u can see she’s so busy – she needs some help. Same thing at night picking up our dogs – there needs to b additional staff. Like the place in Brookhaven a lot but u need more staff!!!

Very friendly and great customer service! I like that the daycare packages are very clear and that there are so many options. I just wish that the Brookhaven location had an outdoor area, but I definitely will be booking daycare regardless.
