Everyone is nice and my dog lives it

It would be helpful to have someone up front when you arrive. A number of times you have to wait several minutes and you don’t know if anyone knows you are there. I have had to call the main line and so has my husband. Likely more staff are needed to help get dogs in and out. Waiting in line and waiting in the lobby at peak times is something that could be improved.

They are so sweet to the dogs. Our dog is well cared for.

Friendly staff, easy scheduling and very responsive.

My dog loves to come play at Dogtopia! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have noticed recently that the entrance has an unpleasant odor that was not present in the past.

I was told I could get pictures and videos through the day. Some were sent but they never went through to text so maybe providing other ways to receive like email or a feature on the app. I value keeping up with what my dog is experiencing during the day:)

The staff is so accommodating, especially Gabrielle! She’s amazing with all the dogs.
I love the convenience of the location in comparison to where I live. My dog Penny always has such a great time when she’s at Dogtopia, and when she comes home she’s happy and exhausted.

Friendly staff, truly feels like they love my dog, sweet activities to make each day fun and different. Love the pictures they share!

Staff have been very friendly, are always willing to answer questions and help. Very pleased with our experience so far!
